High-Tech Sunday will be a one-hour conversational style program where alumni would engage and inform the audience about professional development utilizing spiritual philosophies. Weekly discussions will be focused around topics like professional development, science and technology, workforce and family balance, ethics, and respect for others. Stemming from each of these five principles, the weekly events will focus on discussing and analyzing the societal problems at the intersection of technology and culture through a lens informed by spiritual philosophies.

The BEYA STEM Conference presents High-Tech Sunday. On today’s episode of High-Tech Sunday, our hosts, Dr. Mark Vaughn and Lango Deen, sit down with the founder and CEO of STEMBoard, Aisha Bowe.
STEMBoard creates smart systems and solutions for large-scale, U.S. federal, and private sector clients. Prior to founding STEMBoard, Bowe worked at NASA’s Ames Research Center where she focused on miniaturized satellites and aircraft trajectory optimization. She has received numerous awards for her dedication to technical excellence and thee principles of diversity and opportunity, including the 40 Under 40: Tech Diversity - Silicon Valley, U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce Emerging Star Award, and NASA’s Engineering Honor Award.
